Hi.
My question concerns the possibility of using your product to import and export data in the Solidres online booking component.
Let me outline the scale of the problem. This component is very popular with the owners of real estate sites, but unfortunately the developers did not create a tool for import and export of hotels, room categories and everything else that is interconnectedly responsible for the well-coordinated work of the entire system.
All these tools are placed in separate tables, the data from which must be transferred.
There are a lot of tables. Attempts to independently figure out how to create and customize templates for your component have not been successful. Everything is very difficult.
I am asking you for help in setting up templates. Nobody except you owns all the intricacies of the correct setting.
When you can implement this, I will post your solution on the Solidres support forum and all users who need this function will become your customers and purchase your product.
To solve this problem, I am ready to create test sites and databases with all the necessary information and provide you with all the necessary access.
It would be optimal if a template or plugin Solidres appeared in the list of ready-made templates in which everything would be configured.
Looking forward to your reply. Can you help in configuring migration to the Solidres component?

Thank you for your interest in our extension.

There are a lot of tables. Attempts to independently figure out how to create and customize templates for your component have not been successful. Everything is very difficult.
It is actually quite simple, since there is no native support in RO CSVI, all you can use is the custom table import/export. This means you get a template for every table that you want to import/export, if there are a lot of tables, there will be a lot of templates. The difficulty of course is in keeping all the relations between all the tables.

I am asking you for help in setting up templates. Nobody except you owns all the intricacies of the correct setting.
What you need is a specific addon for Solidres that has all the specific import and export routines and does all the integrity checking. That is a lot of work as we would need to find out how everything works in Solidres.

When you can implement this, I will post your solution on the Solidres support forum and all users who need this function will become your customers and purchase your product.
I wish things were that simple, the experience I have is that is usually doesn't work like that.

A Solidres specific addon for RO CSVI is needed here, like the other extensions are added as addons.

We have no time at this point to develop such an addon. Besides that it is quite an investment which takes weeks if not months of work to build with no guarantee on how many sales we will get from it. We would need at least 250 sales to cover our expenses and this is just for the initial development and not for the continuous support and maintenance of the addon.

We will put it on our wishlist for something to look at once we get some time for new development.

It may be relevant for you but we have not had any other requests for this extension. There is no incentive to develop this add-on at the moment nor do we have time for it.
