I tried buying your product.  First I had to register.  It did not like my email address as a user name.
Then I was met with a confusing set of payment options, lots of choices, none I had seen before except Apple pay (I don't use it).  I picked ideal.  It was not ideal.  I think they only offered me Dutch banks.  So be it, but I don't have one, I went back.  It lost all my information.
I clicked credit card.  I wanted to pay with a debit card, but I'm lawless like that so I clicked it anyway.
It said my email address was already taken.  I tried to login.  It said my password was wrong (my password was saved by a password tool).  I tried to do a forgotten password.  It said I was blocked.  I cried.  I prayed.  I reached out to support.
