Resolved Hikashop Order Export

Hi

I am using Hikashop on a website and the client would like to export the orders so that he can import via CSV into Royal Mail. Essentially they need the address and weight not all of the product details which is the case at the moment if you export orders. Is this possible please?

Hello Dave,
Yes you can run HikaShop Order export using RO CSVI. You can check HikaShop Order export document explaining about this export operation. Available Fields for the export is explained on Fields tab. Let me know if that helps.

Hello Dave,
You need Basic RO CSVI package along with RO CSVI - HikaShop addon to run HikaShop exports. Once you have an active subscription you will be able to download all the packages.
