Resolved google sheet import error

Hello,
We need actual error causing this 500 error so to fix it. Please check server error logs and see if you can find any details on 500 error. Post it here so we can check. Also May I know the Joomla version you are using?

Thank you for posting the details. This error is coming from Google library. Please do the below steps

1. Go to the folder administrator/components/com_csvi/assets/google/
2. Delete the vendor folder
3. Delete the composer.lock file
4. Run composer install
5. Check if the google template works

Let us know on how that goes.

hi. ok. now i dont get any error, but when trying to open template it redirect me to admin dashboard.
you can check on the site with same login as before with google sheet export issue.
now i have latest template for import.

I see you have two Google export templates and they work fine. See attached screenshots. I am able to open these templates and run the export. Are you having issue with these templates or any other template?

yes, these are working fine after your fix. the current issue is with latest import template..
i created import template, choose google sheet as source. and after connection to sheet, it stop working.

I see the issue with your import template. I created a new Google import template and saved my details. It does not take me to admin dashboard page. Can you try adding your details to Google sheet import test template template and see if it works?

hi. ok. some of the import templates are still redirecting to the dashboard, and some of them are able to edit now.
after the running the template (id 27) i get this error..

This error has been fixed already and will be included in upcoming RO CSVI release. Please load the attached patch file and check the import.

The fix in the patch file was done for a user with same error but for Joomla articles import.

Can you send me link to Google sheet you are using for import? You can add my email tharuna.b@gmail.com to the sheet so I can access the sheet and send me the link. Also post template XML to check. To get the template XML file from RO CSVI templates list page select the import template and click on Backup templates button. Post the downloaded XML file. I will check the import and see what is causing the error.

i add your email to the sheet, so you should have the access. im sending you link in the hidden field.

i prefer not to post xml file with all the google api keys..
you have the access to the template in the site. its the same as last time.
you can play with it now. its just a copy test site.
you have also access to google api console for this, so you should be able to test everything.
