Resolved Generate Product Feed - Google Merchant Center

Hi, we need to generate product feed for our Google Merchant Centre.

May I know please what exactly the plugin that we need? And any subscriptions that we need in order to get support?

The is currently running in Joomla (VirtueMart).

Hello,
You must be having an older version of RO CSVI because the error you are having has been already fixed in RO CSVI. Once you get an active subscription and update RO CSVI to latest 8.2.0 version error should be gone.

Hi, didn't noticed that RO CSVI was already installed on my site. :D

Now, I'm receiving this error when I try to export feed for Google Merchant Center.
"column 'category parent_id' in field list is ambiguous"

Yes that is RO CSVI package.

And after that, will I be able to download the RO CSVI - VirtueMart?

Thats correct. Not just RO CSVI - VirtueMart, you can also download other RO CSVI plugins on our downloads page if needed.

You need RO CSVI package and RO CSVI - VirtueMart installed on site to run import and export of VirtueMart data.

And any subscriptions that we need in order to get support?

Yes, you need a subscription to download RO CSVI package and to get support on issues. Please check Subscription questions for RO CSVI document for more details.
