Hi, when I exported the data, I get an csv file which doesn't separate the fields. It looks like the screenshot. It should show all data in separate columns.
I hope you understand what I mean.
Best regards
Grit

Hello Grit,
This looks like multiple problems. First is that you have not set a Text Enclosure in your template. You can set this to a double quote. Second, I see in your screenshot that you use German Excel and in many cases the Field Delimiter must be a semi-colon ( ; ) for Excel to recognize it. You can make those changes and try again.
Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi
thank you.
I don't know how or where to set a Text Enclosure to a double quote. Can you send me a screenshot?
With the semicon it doesn't work again, I changed it then in excel.
I'm for that moment satisfied with the depiction of the excel file. But I don't know why I get one order with many items of the same... please see attachment.
best regards

Hello Grit,
Attached is a screenshot of the File tab where you can set the two options I am talking about.
As for your duplicate records, they are not really duplicate
Let me explain, each order in VirtueMart (I assume you use VirtueMart) has 1 or more order lines and 1 or 2 addresses linked to it. When you export a subset of the available fields you may not see the fields with different data but only the fields that have the same data and this then looks like duplicate records.
We have documentation for that which you can find in the Use of Group By and Sort By Fields document. As this is an order export, I suggest to first group on the virtuemart_order_id field and then check your export.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi, thank you very much. For that moment all is fine.
Is it possible to avoid mutated vowel already in the export option? Or do I have to change it in the excel file?
Best regards
grit

Hello Grit,
There is no option in export to change mutated vowels. These text must have been saved in this way in database. RO CSVI just exports what is saved in database. If possible try changing in excel file.
The field is called created_on. Check if you can find this field.
