Resolved Export users from J3 - Import to J5

Hi

We need to export Joomla users from a website running on Joomla 3.9.10 (php 7.4.33)
And export them to a new website running on Joomla 5.2.4 (php 8.2.27)

We would like to do it via export and import to keep their passwords intact.

Is this possible using your RO Users software?

Any help that can be offered is appreciated.

Hello Shemeam,

Is this possible using your RO Users software?

To export and import Joomla users you should use RO CSVI extension. RO CSVI installation comes with migration templates which you can use to move users from Joomla 3 site to Joomla 5 site along with password field. You can try a sample import on our demo site.
