Resolved Export of K2 articles including the fields content

Yes, you can use RO CSVI to export K2 items with extra fields. You can test the export on our demo server.

Thanks but I don't see the option to add extra fields to the articles. What am I doing wrong?

I had to look into this but the reason you do not see the Extra fields is because this is limited to Super Users. There is no other way to configure this in K2. Unfortunately, I cannot give Super User rights to the demo user.

The extra fields are indexed as regular fields so you can import/export them like any other field. Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you but I want to test to align with my customer if this is what he needs. Is there another way to test or demo this function?

Well perhaps we need to go about this another way. You want to test the export of K2 articles with custom fields, what specifically are you looking for in the export? What test would you do? Does the export file need to be in a certain format?

I want to see how the CSV file looks like to share with my customer. How does the line of 1 K2 article look like when that article has more than 1 value in a custom field?

I have made a movie on adding extra fields and linking it to K2 item and also running an export with RO CSVI. The K2 extra fields are of type text and multiple select option. Check the recording and see if that is what you expect in export.
