Hi

I just have a quick question?

I have site using Hikashop and have a status of Preparing to ship. What I would need to do is be able to create a template for orders that only exports those orders to a csv with that status. I would also need to add address fields etc so it can be imported to royal mail. Can that be achieved please?

Hello Dave,
Yes you can export Orders from HikaShop along with address details and for specific order status using RO CSVI. You can check example HikaShop order export on our demo site at https://demo.rolandd.com/administrator/
