Resolved Error CRON with component RO CSVI

Hello! I used the Joomla 4.1.5 Hikashop 4 and RO CSVI 8.3.1 for testing CRON (Hikashop Product Export) on the hosting krystal.uk
I added the CRON: /usr/local/bin/php /home/dynotes1/shop1.dynotestedfiles.com/administrator/components/com_csvi/helper/cron.php --key="idol050279" --template_id="22"
I received the error: Could not parse the requested URI http:///home/dynotes1/shop1.dynotestedfiles.com/administrator/components/com_csvi/helper/cron.php
I wrote to hosting and received the answer: This problem with code for CRON:

The email you have used to create this post has no active RO CSVI Subscription. May I know if you have an active subscription with RO CSVI?
