Hi,

I'm an old user (2015). I haven't used CSVI for many years and I see that it is rebranded.
I used to talk with Roland back in the day. :)
I have an installation with J3 and VM3 and I need to move it to a new installation with J3 and VM4.
Does the new CSVI support the export and import of the VM products, categories, etc from VM3 to VM4?

We are happy to see customer remembering us and checking on our product. CSVImproved is now RO CSVI :)

May I ask if you are trying to import to J4 and VM4 or it is J3 and VM4?

Yes, RO CSVI supports export from VirtueMart 3 and import to VirtueMart 4.

Thanks for getting back to me.
May I ask if you are trying to import to J4 and VM4 or it is J3 and VM4?

I have a J3 and VM3 installation and I want to export and import everything into a new J3 and VM4 installation.
Is this doable?

Yes you can export from J3 and VM3 and import to J3 and VM4 installation using RO CSVI.
