I tried to build a new template, but when running the export, I cannot open the file type:



What do I have to do?

You need have a spreadsheet software like Excel or Libreoffice or Openoffice to open the export file. Do you have any of this installed?

Yes I have.
I can export the example templates and open with excel.
There is only a problem with the new created template. When running the export, the file type is not csv. but this: "application/octet-stream (2,0 KB)"

Hello,
You have set a Filename for export file without extension on File tab. You need to set the extension for your customised filename. If you click on Help button on top right corner it will explain on how the filename should be set. I have corrected it for you. Please run the export again and check.
