Resolved configure RO Payments with RSEvents!Pro

I purchased RO Payments and want to implement it in my website. I use RSEvents!Pro. Is there a manual or something that can help me?

Hello,

Apologies for the missing documentation. I thought I had already written this. However the process is quite simple, you can follow these steps:

  1. Install RO Payments
  2. Install the RO Payments - RSEventsPro plugin
  3. Go to RSEventsPro
  4. Click on Payments Integration in the right menu
  5. You will get a list of payment methods and RO Payments/JD iDEAL is there as well
  6. Click on plg_rsepro_payment_jdideal_title
  7. Here you can configure the settings. Most important here is to select the Profile you created in RO Payments. When a user completes the event registration, this profile will be used to complete the payment.
  8. Save your settings
  9. All done.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Looks simple enough. :)
Only problem: I bought RO Payments but can't remember having created an account. If I use the option 'Forgot username' and fill in the e-mailaccount I used when ordering I get a message 'user blocked'.
Hope you can help me out once more.
