That can happen if something went wrong with the checkout but I have now enabled the account and you should be able to login and complete your purchase.

I logged it and tried to rerun the purchase but it didn't go through again. Yesterday when I tried to purchase ROCSVI our bank sent us a notice, we told them it was a legitimate purchase. Today when I tried to purchase it again we did not get another notice from the bank just a purchase denied from your website. Not sure what to do from here?

So I checked your tries to purchase and the first payment was declined for unknown reasons but that the credit-card company should be checked. That you have said already is because it was flagged. Something we see quite regular with customers from the USA. As for the second try the purchase did continue but the 3D Secure authentication failed. This means you get an extra authentication screen that needs to be completed. This is something imposed by the credit-card company and not something I can help with further. You should see the extra screen to complete that and once that is completed it should be fine.

Alternatively you could choose PayPal and go through there and pay with the credit-card but I think the 3D Secure might still come but it is worth a try.
