Hello,
RO CSVI can export HikaShop Products using RO CSVI template and not from HikaShop Products page.

To do that you need to

1. Buy and install RO CSVI Extension along with RO CSVI HikaShop addon.
2. Create HikaShop Product export template in RO CSVI extension.
3. Add fields which you need to export
4. Run the export.

You can take a look at HikaShop Product export document for details. Let me know if that helps.

Are these product_warehouse and product_warehouse_description HikaShop Custom fields? Like in the attached screenshot. If not, can you share a screenshot on where you have these fields added?

Thank you for the screenshot. As of now you can only export product_warehouse_id field which has warehouse id, support for Warehouse name and description will be added in the upcoming release. We can provide you the patch file once you buy RO CSVI.
