Resolved 2 line Virtuemart exporter for windsor agreement

Hki There Ive used ROCSVI for many years now - Recently Ive been asked to do a virtuemart order Export in a new format - eg for the Windsor agreement for sending to Northen Irelend. Essentialy I need to split each order into 2 lines. 1st line are all the fields but separated by a pipe |. Then second line as comma separated values.

do you have any ideas how I could go about creating this.

Ive attached the specs for the CSV - If that helps
