Hello,

Using ROpayment with RSforms Pro: Joomla 5.4.2, Rsforms Pro 3.4.4 JD iDEAL Gateway, RSForm! Pro 8.5.0

I recieve double emails after a submit. I asked RSforms pro, they think that's caused by the ROpayment plugin. When testing with a form without ROpayment there are no double emails.

I the recieving time of the emails are a but different (guess: after confirming iDeal payment the email proces is triggered again??)

Hi Michel,

Emails can be tricky with RSForms so a few questions:

Can you post the transaction log of a payment that sends out the duplicate emails?
Are you using this in combination with the Payment Package plugin of RSJoomla?
You said you are using JD iDEAL Gateway but looking at your Joomla version, I assume you are using RO Payments 9.2.1?

Are you using this in combination with the Payment Package plugin of RSJoomla? -> No, but i see 'System - RSForm! Pro PayPal' is active (not used in the form), i de-published it now.

Hi Roland,
Please put the ticket on hold!
I accidentally discovered that RSforms Pro also offers an iDeal option. That wasn't possible in the past, which is why I found ROpayment as a solution.
Let me try it out; if that works, I won't need ROpayment in conjunction with RSforms Pro iDeal anymore.
PS: I'll continue using Ropayment for VirtueMart integrations, so don't worry!
I'll keep you updated.
