Hi,
Trying to apply these conditions small(0-2kg), medium(2-5kg) ,large(5-8kg), extra-large(8-12kg), oversized so when the product weight is exported, instead of showing the weight of the product, it will show these text values.
I created a Conditional Rule (using grams instead of Kg since that's the way they are saved in VM) as in the attached screenshot but I'm getting wrong results, meaning the text value is indeed substituted but not correctly.
How should I go about doing it?
Thanks!
D

Hello Dennis,
I think I understand why values are not replaced correctly. In the rule change the rule order to have values in decreasing order so Greater than condition comes in order 12000, 8000. 5000 , 2000 and the last one is less than 2000. See if that fixes your problem.

Hi Tharuna,
Already tried that but again the substitution is not correct. For example a product with weight 9724grams should be reported as extra-large but instead it is reported as medium.
Any other idea?
It really would have been helpful to have an "Is between" function in the selection box :-)
Thanks!
D

Hi Dennis,
Please load the attached patch file and reconfigure your conditional plugin to match the attached screenshot. Your substitution should work as expected.
Let us know how it goes.
