Resolved RSForm!Pro Exported Date Submitted is off

Hello,

I'm using Joomla 3.10.11, with the latest versions of RSForm!Pro and the latest versions of RO CSVI + the RSForm plugin.

When I export submission data using RO CSVI, the date submitted field is four hours head of what is in RSForm. For example,

RSForm Date Submitted: 2023-03-31 23:51:12

The exported Value: 01/04/2023 03:51:12

When I recently moved our website from a shared platform to a VPS, even though I set the Website Time Zone in Joomla to Toronto, my date values in RSForm!Pro were four hours ahead. Once I set the time zone for PHP (7.4), the RSForm time values lined up with Joomla and our server.
