Resolved Problem add new template

If i want make a new template i got error: Joomla\CMS\Form\Form::getInstance() could not load file

First i used it on a test domain. After transfer to new domain i get this error
My domainname is correct in config and i emptied the SEFURL table

i got error: Joomla\CMS\Form\Form::getInstance() could not load file

I am thinking you are missing form XML file so you get this error. May I know on which template you are see this error? Also tell me RO CSVI version you are using. If possible post template XML of the template you see the error so I can check. To get the template XML file from RO CSVI templates list page select the template and click on Backup templates button. Post the downloaded XML file.
