Resolved Missing Temporary Folder, Yet, all shows set everywhere.

Missing Temporary Folder error on import.

I have scoured everything I can think of. All my settings show the temporary folder is set.

I can't get past this to update my products and categories in VM.

Please advise. I've read every thread on this issue. I'm stumped.
