Hi,
I use CSVI to import my products from external source.
Product pictures are copied from external server and saved on my.
Most of images are provided in png format with transparent background.
During coppying proces background is changed to black.
I tryed to change settings to save pictures as jpg but the background remains black.
is there any option to keep file as png with transparent background of convert them to jpg with white or gray background?
example file to coppy: https://www.terma24.pl/sites/default/files/_products/radiators_store/WARP_ROOM_530_1825_RAL_7004_LP.png

Hello,

Thank you for the screenshot. I was able to reproduce the issue with your settings and found that it happens because of setting Converting image type to JPG under Full Image options. JPG images does not support transparent backgrounds and so the issue. If you set Converting image type to Do not convert, you will have PNG image downloaded with transparent background. Same as your original image. Try and let me know.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
