Resolved csvipro 7.11 virtuemart export order advanced is not working

i use
joomla 3.9.3
virtuemart 3.4.2
csvi pro 7.11 (and vm 7.11 extension)

My problem is that i setup the export virtuemart order and the first time that i run it i get the following message:

"The order export functions are missing. This is usually caused by a misconfiguration in the template but we have hopefully fixed it. Run your export again and it should be good as gold."

The next time that i run it a get just an empty file.
The log file is in the attachment.
i would like to have your help please.
