Resolved Login to Rolandd.com not working

I have no recourse but to use the pre-sale category as my account access is not functioning.

Today I purchased CSVI and received an email indicating my account was set up and I could login. I was able to navigate to the site and download but when I try to login I get a message that I am being blocked or my account has not been activated.

Can you please advise? I am having an issue with importing categories.
