At the beginning of January this year, I made a payment for the CSVI component subscription – transaction number 294477. Unfortunately, to this day I have not received a invoice, which I need for accounting purposes.
It says: “It can take up to 24 hours before your invoice is present on the server.”
However, a month has already passed and the invoice is still not available.
