I can't log in with either of my email addresses. The first time failed because I waited too long to enter my credit card validation number during payment. The second time failed because I had to back up when I saw that I had two copies of the software in my cart instead of a single one.

Now it seems to be totally hosed. I can't log in ("your account has been blocked or not activated";) and I can't register ("that email already exists in our system";). No verification link has been sent; I did receive a confirmation email about account creation.

Hello,
This can happen when the payment fails or is not completed. The account only gets activated when the payment completes otherwise bots could create fake accounts.
I have enabled the account you used first with the username brendanb. You can either log in with that account or do a password reset in case you do not know the password anymore.
