Resolved payment is showing an error

Hello, I'm trying to purchase RO CSVI but the payment is showing an error: "The most recent request was denied because it had an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again."

Can you help?

Hello Tiago,

Thank you for your interest in RO CSVI. Sorry to hear you have some trouble. Recently we have heard of users having trouble sometimes using a Chrome based browser like Chrome or Edge. Could you please try with Firefox for example?

If that fails I can send you a payment request and we can fulfill your order that way.

Hi, thanks for the tip. I've already purchased the license for RO CSVI.

Which version should I download to export products from Virtuemart 3.8 and Joomla 3.9 and import them into Virtuemart 4 and Joomla 5?

Hello Tiago,
Virtuemart 3.8 and Joomla 3.9

You can use RO CSVI 8.9.3 version to run export in Joomla 3.9 version. After this version the minimum Joomla version requirement was raised to Joomla 3.10.

Virtuemart 4 and Joomla 5?

For Joomla 5 you can use latest RO CSVI 9.11.0 version.

You can also check RO CSVI versions page for minimum Joomla version requirement.
