Resolved Export contacts only if certain value does match

Hello

I use contacts with custom fields. They hold address data of users. Now I want to export addresses, where custom field is-member value is = 1.

I have six contacts, five of them have set is-member = 1. One is set to zero.

I have created an export rule (please see attachment) and added it to the template.

But in export file there are all six addresses instead of 5.

What goes wrong?

Hello Patrick,
First issue in your template and rule is that is-member field is not added to template fields. RO CSVI will not know the values to run the rule if the field is not added in template.

Also instead of using RO CSVI conditional rule use RO CSVI Skip rule where you set the rule to skip records with is-member value as 0. See attached screenshot. Add is-member field in template fields and apply the rule on the field. If you don't want to include is-member field in export file you can set it to unpublished.
