Resolved problem with csvi-pro

Hello and sorry for the inconvenience.
I've already used CSVI PRO for a Joomla and Virtuemart site.
It worked for a long time, then it was down for a few years.
Today I tried to use it again, but I can't import from CSV. The process times out. I should point out that nothing has changed over the years. The CSV generation process is the same as always. I'm attaching an image to help you understand if I need to perform the proposed update.
Joomla is 2.5.17

Hello,
We do not provide support for user issues with no active RO CSVI subscription. Also CSVI Pro 5.14 version you are using has come to end of life and we do not provide support to that version either. The last CSVI Pro version we had for Joomla 2.5 version is CSVI Pro 5.21.2 and even that has come to end of life and no support is given for this version as well.

The last version we have for Joomla 2.5 is CSVI Pro 5.21.2. You can check RO CSVI versions document for available versions.
