Resolved Error massage after update when initiating payment

Hi after installing an update I get the following message when I try to initiate a payment request:

The received data has an order ID field but this field is empty


Any idea what's the reason for this? And how can I get it fixed?

Hello,

when I try to initiate a payment request
Do you mean the payment page in RO Paymemts? If that is the case, this can happen when the payment cannot be stored in the database.

Perhaps you can give us some more information.
