Resolved XML header and footer

Hi, I am trying to export a virtuemart product template but I need to add in the header those lines
<mywebstore>
<created_at>current date & time</created_at>
<products>

After that it should be
<product>
....
....
....
</product>
And as for the footer
</products>
</mywebstore>

But I cannot add anything neither in the header or the footer nomatter what I writte on those fields.

Hello,

Did you set the export format to XML? If Yes, did you set the Website to CSVI?

I just need more information because with the current information of "it doesn't work" it is very hard to determine what you are doing.

Everything was set perfectly, XML, SCVI, everything. I managed to do it by altering the google template (I used this as my export template) and it works perfectly. What I was trying to do is to use custom header and footer but to get this to work I had to choose "custom" from the website option dropdown and then I did't know how to load in body the product export fields, so I use google template and change some lines inside the file. Don't bother on that thing, I did it and it works. Anyway thank you for your super fast reply.

That is correct.

The Google export has a fixed format, that is why it won't be used there :)
