Hello Tomas,
The first issue is that you have very old version of CSVI with latest Joomla and Virtuemart. The current running version of CSVI is 6.6.1. It is highly recommended that you use the latest version with latest Joomla and Virtuemart. Also your templates or settings from old version wont work by updating to new version, there are a lot of changes happened between these versions, so it is good you install CSVI on a clean site.
To start on export, you need to first create a export template and add template fields for your export template. Have a look at Getting started documentation which explains about creating template and template fields. Once your export template is ready, on file tab, set the Export type field to XML and give the XML structure you want under XML layout tab in body field and then do the export.

Hello,
You need to install the VirtueMart addon as well. You can find that under Downloads -> CSVI Pro Extensions.

Hello Tomas,
This could be something to do with your group by fields, How is it set on your order export template on fields tab?
