when we are trying export template appears the next error

The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion. The server may still be busy or stopped the process. You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process.

we try with some export templates and all failed
-Template Example Joomla Category export
- Template Example Joomla Content Export
-Template Example VirtueMart Category export
-Template Example VirtueMart Media export
-Template Example VirtueMart Media export

Hello,

Check if the database type is set correctly. Go to System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Database Type. This must be set to MySQLi.

If that is already set, you may have a JavaScript error. Check this document Using Firebug to analyze import problems. It works the same way for exports, but you can stop at step 7.
