Hi agian,

again need your help for this:

Warning: strpos(): Empty needle in administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart/model/import/media.php on line 446

This happens when I try to import a table to publish category images, because they are unpublished, when I import them with another table.
Here should be the log file.

Thank you again!

Hello,
The file_url value you are importing is wrong, since you are doing a media import CSVI will not know if you are updating a product or category media. You need to provide the exact path of the image. There is an error in your debug log says "The file /home/iledbgdg/public_html/bg2/garden-pool-image.png has not been found.". Correct the file_url value and try the import again.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hi and thank you for the patch. I applied it, the import was successful without the error, but the import did not work as the imports that I had done on some other sites. The images that I was importing are attached to the categories, and when I import media import file, the file does change its status to published, BUT the image disappears and i see what is on the screenshot. I think that after update from 6.5.2 to 6.5.7 CSV and Joomla 3.5.1 and VirtueMart 3.0.16 some things do not work like they did on 3 other exactly the same sites, in english, romanian and spanish but with Joomla 3.4.8, VM 3.0.12 and CSVI Pro 6.5.2

Hello,
There are two things i noticed from your screenshot, the File published? is checked which means the image has been published and the Used url path is wrong. Can you post your debug log of the import to check?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Yes, the file becomes published after the media import, but the media import does something wrong with the file url, because before the media import, the was there, I saw the image

Hello,
You need to add a file_type field to your import file. Since you are importing category the value of file_type would be category. Try this and let me know and If you still have problem, post me your import file with debug log.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Thank you very much - Yes, this way it works. Before I did not need to add file_type, so I do not know that I do now, but this way media import file, that i'm attaching, finally did the trick. I am a bit confused now, because I have the latest versions of Joomla, CSV and VM, and only problems since 5 days till now, but with the old versions, that I have already mentioned, everything works without any problem. To update or to stay with the previous versions?

Hello,
To update or to stay with the previous versions?

It is always advised to stay up to date with extensions. file_type field is required so you are telling CSVI that you are updating a category as the VirtueMart media table has combination of all medias of product, category, manufacturer and vendors.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

Before I did not need to add file_type
This has always been a requirement when doing a media import. If you do a category import and include the image, then it is not needed. However with the category import, you can't import all the settings as you do with the media import.
Kind regards,

RolandD
