I am running a export with only sku, file url, thumb and meta.
I tried it with all records,but script doesn't finish within server execution time of 30 sec.,
Overruling limits with csvi isn't working or not accepted by host.
SO I tried it with only 500 record, and still doesn't work.
Even tried it with 1 record and still not finished within 30 sec.
Can you have a look at the log. It seems be doing a lot of queries within any results within 30 sec.

Then you have another issue, most likely a JavaScript issue.
Have a look at the Using Firebug to analyze problems tutorial on how to check for any errors you may have. Post here what you find and I can check. The debug log won't help in this case since it can't log these errors.
