I am using Joomla 3.6.2, VirtueMart 3.0.16, and CSVI Pro 6.6.3.
I have 2 sample orders in VirtueMart... no other orders.
When I go to export the orders from CSVI Pro, the export succeeds but I get many identical duplicates of the two Virtuemart orders. Instead of the CSV file containing 2 data records, it contains 139 records for each of the 2 orders, for a total of 279 data records.
When I look at the orders in Virtuemart admin, there are 2 orders. When I look at "j25_virtuemart_orders" from phpMyAdmin, I see just 2 orders.

You need to set group by fields in your template to avoid duplicates. Have a look at Group by and Sort by documentation to know how to set them in your template.
