Hello , we have a problem importing products in virtuemart from a spanish catalog. When importing from url we get the following message ''These fields have been found but are not supported by CSVI'', followed by a list of custom fields that are not supported by CSVI such as "id_producto","marca",etc. Custom fields for all plugin page seems to be down and we can not figure a way to make custom fields in template fields menu from scratch. We kindly request your help.

If you already have custom fields for all extension installed on your site and you have created these custom fields, to add them to template fields you need to Update you available fields. But make sure that you also have CSVI custom fields for all plugin installed and enabled. If you have any issue with Custom fields for all extension then you need to ask on breakdesigns forum.

so there is no way to make custom fields from CSVI panel without using any plugin? We haven't installed custom field for all plugin because their page is down. If there is a solution by optimizing the code in CSVI files, we would like to know that because we are capable of rewriting code (with your assistance). To sum up, the import of a catalog with custom fields strongly depends on the use of Custom Field For All plugin? If not please provide us with links to alternative plugins, or guide us on how to download it from another link apart from their main page.

That was never said, Tharuna only replied to you mentioning Custom Fields for All.

You said the site is down for Custom Fields for All but I don't see that, this page is working fine.

You don't have to use Custom Fields for All of course, it is just a solution that adds more functionality to your custom fields.

How you want to use the custom fields in VirtueMart is all up to you, CSVI can deal with the default fields in VirtueMart, nothing else needs to be installed.

Have you actually created these custom fields in VirtueMart? If not, you should do that first. If you have already done that, go to Available Fields in CSVI and click Update. That is needed so CSVI knows you have those fields. After creating custom fields in VirtueMart you must also tell CSVI you have these fields by running the update on the available fields.

We wanna make an eshop, sexshop. So we wanna work with dropshipping with some companies and one of them is dreamlove.es. They sent us a csv file but we can use it. So if u have an expert that can do this for us and we will pay him. Thanks a lot

We would like to see the sample of this CSV file so to know and understand the issue you are having. Have you tried the import with the file?

May be the issue you are facing with import is simple that with our help you will should be able to solve the problems. But for everything you should give us information on what you are trying to do in your import.
