Hello everyone.
I recently installed CSVI and I'm trying to wrap my head around how it works.
I managed to export a csv file with Virtuemart Export Product.
When I edit that csv file and try to Import it back I get an the error message shown in the picture.
I also attached the log file and the csv I'm trying to import.
I don't know what could be the problem.

By the way, I've already tried to clear the log history and retry Import but that didn't work either.

Hello,
It seems you are having some javascript errors. Please look into the tutor Using Firebug to analyze problems and post it here on what you see with screenshots.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

That screenshot tells us a whole lot. The red line indicates that there is an error. There we see the error code 301 which means that the URL has moved. It hasn't really moved because we can see a little bit lower a yellow line which says "Cross-origin Request blocked". That is the real reason the request is blocked.

The screenshot doesn't show the URL you are running CSVI from but my guess is that is different from http://www.ink-and-more.gr/ where CSVI sends the request to. Do you use some kind of domain aliasing?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Not a domain aliasing.
The whole site was hosted on a different server and with a different domain name.
I recently backed up and moved the site on a new server and with a new domain name.
I understand now that this has to be the problem.
What should I do to short it out?

You need to check what is up with your site, it seems the domain name is still stuck somewhere in your setup. CSVI gets the domain name from Joomla!. Perhaps it is still set in your configuration.php.

If I uninstall and reinstall CSVI with all of it's plugins, do you think that could solve the problem?

That will not solve the issue, CSVI doesn't have your domain name as it is not set in CSVI. As I said, CSVI gets the domain name from Joomla. You will really have to check your site why it reports the wrong domain name.
Kind regards,
