Hi,

I've downloaded CSVI Pro 6, installed Virtuemart and Hikashop extensions and now trying to export the virtuemart products.
Every time I hit the export button this error appears:

Status error: 200
Status message: OK

Warning: mysqli_fetch_object() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, resource given in C:\xampp5.5\htdocs\poly3\administrator\components\com_csvi\helper\db.php on line 103

Any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Joomla 3.4.1
Virtuemart 3.0.8
CSVI Pro 6)

Hello,

Check if you go to System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Database type is set to mysqli. If this is not the case change it to mysqli and check if the export runs.
Kind regards,

Thanks for your quick reply!

The error problem is solved.

But I already ran into another problem.
When I want to import the Virtuemart products to Hikashop, this message appears: No extension has been found on the uploaded file. Don't you have a step-by-step guide on how to import to Hikashop, because I have a feeling that I am messing about with the settings...

Hello,

But I already ran into another problem.
That calls for another topic as I try to keep one item per topic otherwise it will be impossible to follow after a while. Thanks.

Not yet but I have attached a sample file. Make sure the file you upload has an extension, for example .csv. The error means your file did not have any.

If you have any further questions for the import, please create a new thread.
