Hi, when I try to import "user info" of virtuemart, both for a new user that for an existing user, I get an error because there is no the field "user group".

Incorrect COM_CSVI_AREA_Com_VirtuemartModelImportUserinfo

Incorrect Failure COM_CSVI_NO_USERGROUP_NAME_FOUND

I cannot find the field "user group" to be included.

How can I do ?

Hello,
The name of the field you need to include is "usergroup_name". If you don't see it in the template fields, try doing Update missing fields in CSVI.

Thanks tharuna, now the import of a new user in joomla and virtuemart works fine but i've another problem.

I'm tryng to update the same user, for example, to change to address.

I'm importing the same csv with only different address, it seems works without errors, but it do not update the database of virtuemart.

How is the best way to update user fileds for an existing user ?

Im running csvi 6.4.3 on joomla 3.4.5 and vm 3.0.12 with csvi pro and virtuemart plugin

Can you please send the debug log of the import? it would help me to trace the issue. You can look at "Where to get the debug information?" section on top of this page to know on how to get the debug log.

Hi tharuna you are very kind.

The problem were the two fileds "address_type" and "address_type_name".

I've put this fields in the csv both in case of new user than in case of existing user and now it works well.
