Hello,
I do not understand it lacks all fields virtuemart when I created a template. For example product_name was not found.

The screenshot in your post is missing. Can you confirm that you have installed CSVI VirtueMart addon extension?

What do you see after you click the Update button on the Available Fields page? Does it show the tables it is indexing? What is on the final result page?
