Resolved VAT Tax Percentage

Does RO-CSVI have access to a field that contains the VAT Tax % (not value)? I added every field that seems to reference "Tax", but don't see the percentage.

Hello,
Assuming you are using VirtueMart order export, you can only export value for VATTax type calc rules for an order and not the percentage. You can export percentage and calc rule details using VirtueMart Calculation rule export.

Thanks, I looked at the instructions here: https://rolandd.com/documentation/ro-csvi/virtuemart/virtuemart-calculation-rules-export,but it is not clear to me how to get the VAT percentage from that. Can you provide additional details?

Hello,
Create VirtueMart Calculation export template as explained in the document and in RO CSVI template fields page add calc_value field along with other needed export fields. calc_value should get you VAT percentage. Let me know if that helps.
