Tried to import the attached user info; noted that the registerDate is always 0000-00-00 00:00:00 though after import.
Noted also that params field in _users table is blank instead of {"admin_style":"","admin_language":"","language":"","editor":"","helpsite":"","timezone":""}, although from the log file it seems that CSVI tries to fill them in
Would appreciate your feedback.

The issue with the registerDate was a difference in case. As for the params, this happened because the value was not being imported, it was blanked out. Both issues are fixed in the attached patch file.
