Resolved Upgrading to latest caused an error [SOLVED]

I updated with the template normally to CSVI Pro 5.2 and all my products were proccesed correctly with images.

After late update to CSVI Pro 5.3 images won't be prossesed and default no image appears to all.

Can i go back to the CSVI Pro 5.2 and work normally?

Tried to disable watermark but images keep not to be updated.

I just tested another csvi to other template and updated images normally. I can't understand what is going wrong

Hello,
Looking into your logs, The problem with your first template is that image server is sending no response even though image exists when copied URL in browser. One reason for this can be there are too many request from your import server to image server, You need to check with your image server people on this. They may do whitelisting of your ip or something like that which can solve the issue.

Hello and thank you for your answer

The above logs are from 2 different providers. One of them is working succesfully and the other drops an error.
I have already called and informed the provider about the request error.

So no problem with the update ;)
