What is the error you see? Please post a screenshot on the error.

Can you post import debug log to check? To get debug log see How to collect debug information? document.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Thank you for the debug log. It says Images cannot be found in the given location. Like this image The file /var/www/vhosts/dedecanije.nl/httpdocs/images/virtuemart/product/BP wissink__mj_1927-05-20_-_vz.jpg has not been found.. Are you sure image with name BP wissink__mj_1927-05-20_-_vz.jpg exists in images/virtuemart/product/ location? Can you post a screenshot of this image in the location?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Thank you. Screenshot shows images are saved in path httpdocs/images/stories/virtuemart/product/ but RO CSVI is looking for images in httpdocs/images/virtuemart/product/ (No stories folder in path) and so you see image not found error. VirtueMart has updated default path to httpdocs/images/virtuemart/product/ and so we have set this as default path in RO CSVI. In import template on Image tab set Location product files to images/stories/virtuemart/product/ and save the template. Run import after that and check.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

It seems to me that the location is fixed (see annex)

Hello,

That location is not fixed, it is a hint. If you leave it empty, that value will be used. If you want to use another path, just type in the path you want in that field and click Save. On Import RO CSVI will use the path you entered there.
Kind regards,
