Resolved update products not create new ones

Hi,

I have a csv. with product sku and values like prices, media etc. Some of this products in this list are old and do not exist in virtuemart. So when I do import, it updates the existing products but also creates new products because of the other old products in csv. How can I do import the way, that only existing products are updated in virtuemart and no new will be created?

Hello,

Go your template and edit the template. On the File tab, click Advanced in the top right corner, so you get to see the Advanced options. There you will now have the option for Skip new items, set this to Yes and run your import. That should do what you want.
