Hello I try to update csvi but, I get the following errors.

Warning

Error connecting to the server: SSL connect error
Error

Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.csvimproved.com/component/ars/?view=download&id=421&dummy=my.zip.

Hello,
Make sure you have followed the steps as explained in the How to enable updates in CSVI and you are using the correct download ID. If all that is done, make sure you empty the Joomla cache as well.

I use the only one ID that I have and I have cleared the cash,
but I get the same error.
If I download the package manually and install it do I lose my old data?

If I download the package manually and install it do I lose my old data?

You can download and install package manually, you wont lose any data. But If you are upgrading from CSVI 5 version to CSVI 6 there is a procedure to be followed and that is explained in Installation or updating of CSVI 6 Pro document.
