When you import an error of this nature:

Oops something went wrong.

Let me try to show the warning below here. If nothing shows up then I didn't get any data, sometimes this is caused by faulty plugins.

Cancel the import and check if all settings are correct and try the import again. Status error: 500 Status message: Internal Server Error

1054 Unknown column 'custom_price' in 'field list' SQL=INSERT INTO `qqdyj_virtuemart_product_custom_plg_customsforall` (customsforall_value_id,virtuemart_product_id,custom_price,customfield_id) VALUES (219,618,'0',1311),(220,618,'0',1311),(221,618,'0',1311),(222,618,'0',1311)

Hello,
There is no such field called "custom_price" in custom fields for all plugin table. Can you provide more information about the import you are doing?
Please look into "Looking for a useful answer?" section in forum and send the needed details.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

I can`t give you log file, because display me this:
"Time running
The script has been running longer than the maximum allowed execution time, this usually indicates the import has stopped."
If i click cansel, display this:"No debug log found"
If i click import, display this:"Invalid"

What are doublets? Can you explain or post a screenshot of what a doublet is?

Hello

I have this error while exporting - server time out at 30 seconds - see attached.

My hosting provider (Hostgator)'s reply:

The process you have outlined for the export is using a PHP script to execute. PHP has been configured to use the following settings on our shared and reseller servers: safe mode = Off (cannot adjust) memory_limit = 256M (MAXIMUM) max_execution_time = 30 (MAXIMUM in seconds) max_input_time = 60 (MAXIMUM in seconds) post_max_size = 64M (MAXIMUM) upload_max_filesize = 64M (MAXIMUM) enable_dl = Off (cannot adjust)

The export timed out at 30 seconds precisely because it took longer than 30 seconds to complete so the PHP settings on the server killed the process. You would need to find an alternative to what you are trying to accomplish.

Is there an alternative to doing the export?

Also attached log file

Thanks & Regards

Patrick

Hello Patrick,
The only alternate solution i can think of is to break the export into several parts. You can edit the template and on file tab set limits using from record and to record and generate export files.

Tharuna

Hi Tharuna

Thanks for your reply.

I tried various ranges ... finally 250 records just missed the 30 seconds. So, as a safe range - say 200 records.

This client has around 2600 product items - have to run 13 times.

Her objective is to enter stock qty into the "In-stock" field. Previously, left blank as it was not a requirement then.

Regards

Patrick

Hello Patrick,

If the objective is to only add the stock values, you may have enough by just exporting the product_sku and product_in_stock fields. This is a simple export and should be able to give you more results in your export.

As for the import, you can import the complete file in 1 go as CSVI will do a step-by-step import until the complete file is imported.
Kind regards,

RolandD
