Hello,
Please have a look at the 500 Internal Server Error tutorial to get more information on the error.
Also, i see that you are using CSVI5 version, it is recommended you update your CSVI to latest 6.5.4 version. There are a lot of new features added in CSVI6 version.

Hi,
When I try to upgrade it won't upgrade but it asks me to use the direct download link.
Than when I install that one, I get:
Waarschuwing
JFolder: :verwijderen: Pad is geen map. Pad: /home/officeplan/public_html/components/com_csvi/models
JFolder: :verwijderen: Pad is geen map. Pad: /home/officeplan/public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/helpers

Table 'clmp_csvi_availablefields' already exists SQL=RENAME TABLE `clmp_csvi_available_fields` TO `clmp_csvi_availablefields`;

Hello,
Templates are still there, just the database structure is incomplete.
Looks like you didn't follow the CSVI 5 to CSVI 6 upgrade path as outlined in the Installation or updating of CSVI 6 document.
You are now stuck between a half update and Joomla having amnesia. If you have a backup of your database, that would be the easiest. In that case you can remove all the tables that start with csvi_ in your site and replace them with the tables that start with csvi_ from your backup. DO NOT REMOVE the tables if you don't have a backup. Once that is done, check if you can uninstall CSVI from Joomla (to clear Joomla's mind). After that install CSVI 6. You should be good to go after that.

When I try to upgrade it won't upgrade but it asks me to use the direct download link.That will happen if you haven't entered your download ID into CSVI.
