Hi. I upgraded to Joomla 3.5, CSV 6.5, VirtueMart 3.0.14 . Now allow me to import CSV file no product or price ... Everything works correctly , select template , upload .csv file , preview , import start ... But hangs on Star Import, without anything happening . I've tried several templates and multiple files, but it is no matter and no errors appear . The only inconsistency I see and can be, is that I upgraded to CSV 6.5, but the version " Pro 6.5.4 CSVI | Copyright ( C ) 2006-2016 RolandD Cyber ​​Produksi " appears. Thanks Roland!

You need to update to CSVI 6.5.5, this fixes the issue with Joomla 3.5.0.

Hello Rolandd . Thanks for the answer and solution. I loaded CSV file joomla 6.5.5 to 3.5. Joomla informs me : Plugin activated. But in backend in CSVI component , the version that appears again and again it is 6.5.4 . I reinstalled CSVI 6.5.5 , but still appears CSVI 6.5.4 . How can I solve that? Hello,

Did you install the addon or the component? One thing you can try is to uninstall the addon and the component in this order. Then install the component and then the addon.

Your templates are fine as the data isn't deleted on uninstall. This way you clean up Joomla internals.

You need the com_csvi_6.5.5_pro.zip and plg_csviaddon_virtuemart_csvi_6.5.5.zip to be installed. Both can be downloaded from the download section if you don't have them already.
